Warranty Summary

Two year warranty for electrical parts (Pump, SV,SMPS,DC chouck), except UV Lamp and switch. Warranty starts from date of dispatch. 2) Filters are consumables, get blocked or choked because of water only. If water quality is good filters life will be more, If water quality is bad (More turbidity or more TDS) Filters life will be less. so, not covered in Warranty. 3)Electrical part will be send through courier but technicians charge is to be pay by customer.
Warranty Service Type

Water purifiers are sold on DIY ("Do It Yourself") concept. Buyer has to install the machine themselves by technician available in there area. Seller shall provide telephonic support, if needed. In case of any defective part within 1 week from date of delivery, customer needs to call company support numbers and if company executive authorize the replacement, then customer has to courier the part. We shall replace the defective part with new part. Courier cost of sending defective part shall be borne by buyer and cost of sending new part shall be borne by seller.
