Covered In Warranty

The warranty covers the repair or replacement of your Caffitaly machine if it is found to be defective due to faulty materials or workmanship within the warranty period. If any feature is no longer available (e.g. particular colour variations), Caffitaly will replace it with an available colour. (a) If your Caffitaly System Machine develops a fault or defect during the warranty period, and subject to the terms below, we will repair it or replace it. (b) The warranty covers fault or defects in the products materials or manufacturing.

Not Covered In Warranty

The warranty does not cover the repair or replacement of a machine. Heres what is not covered: (a) Damage as a result of negligence, misuse, careless operation, or use not in accordance with the Caffitaly Instructions Manual; (b) Damage caused by not carrying out the recommended appliance maintenance; (c) Faulty assembly or installation not in accordance with the instructions of Caffitaly; (d) Normal wear and tear, including parts that might wear out over time; (e) Faults or defects caused by third parties, including work done by unauthorised service or repair agents; (f) Accidental damage; (g) Damage from external sources such as transit, weather, electrical outages or power surges; (h) Failures caused by circumstances outside of Caffitalys control; (i) The free repair or replacement of your machine or machine parts will not extend the period of warranty.
