| Storage & Usage Instructions | "Mix the gelatin with a little cold water for 3 to 5 minutes, to moisten and reduce clumping. Melt gelatin mixture gently using a double boiler. Beat the melted & cooled down gelatin mixture with the rest of the ingredients. Two hours of chilling should be enough for standard clear moulds. Note : Do not bring gelatin mixture to full boil. Fruits such as Pineapple, Kiwi, Guava, Papaya & Fig, prevent gelatinization." |
