White tea is the most delicate of all Tea. The finest varieties are appreciated by tea connoisseurs for their unmatched subtlety,complexity and natural sweetness. It comes from the buds &leaves of Camellia Sinensis plant. The leaves &buds are allowed to wither in dry &natural sun. The name “White Tea” is derived from the fine silvery-white hairs on the unopened buds of the tea plant which gives the plant a whitish appearance. The beverage itself is not white or colourless but pale yellow &light to taste.
