Description
This is an Italian style steam-based stovetop coffee maker that produces strong and dark coffee as strong as that from a conventional coffee maker. Its made of high quality stainless steel which is hygienic, durable and easy to maintain. More importantly the natural flavour and aroma are retained unlike in the similar aluminium coffee percolators which affect the flavour distinctly.Bottom portion holds fresh water and usually has a pressure valve. Middle is a perforated coffee funnel to hold the grounds, which should be lightly packed. The top portion is where the brewed coffee ends up. Its very easy and you can make coffee in a jiffy!
