Description
INGREDIENTS TO USE:- 400g diced paneer/chicken, red onion finely sliced, 2 tomatoes, Oil. 1 Heat oil in a pan and add the red onions or shallots. 2 After 2 minutes add the paneer/chicken and allow to seal for a few minutes. 3 Add water 100ml (Optional) and tomato tomatoes and the Minutes Chef Tikka Masala Cooking Sauce. Cover and leave to cook through for 15 minutes. 4 Stir occasionally to prevent the curry from sticking to the bottom of the pan. 5 Taste and adjust the seasoning with salt and lemon juice. 6 Sprinkle over the coriander and serve simply with fresh hot basmati rice or tandoori roti or naan.
