Description
The muscatel is a Darjeeling summer specialty produced in small volumes and with a legion of loyal followers who wait for it. The leaves chosen for making the muscatel are subjected to a short wither and long oxidation and this helps extract sweet, fragrant red wine-like notes that resemble the Muscat grape, from where it gets its name. This muscatel hails from the Seeyok estate.
