Do not eat or drink anything for 30 minutes. Body Balance Capsules: Take 1 Capsule once a day empty stomach before Lunch. Kalihari: Take 1 Capsule, once a day after Lunch (5 times a week). Bhumi Amla Capsules: Take 1 Capsule, once a day 30 minutes before Dinner. Triphala: Take 1 2 Capsules, a day After Dinner. Positive results felt within 15-20 days of starting Herbal Daily.
