One Year Warranty
Warranty Service Type

On-site Warranty in all major cities of India, every visit is chargeable. Warranty obligation shall be limited to the repairing or provide replacement of the part which found faulty. Company Liability under warranty is confined to the first purchaser (Non – Transferable). Under no circumstances the warranty liability shall exceed the value of the product. If the customer install the Purifier by themselves or from a 3rd Party, then the Warranty will be void. No obligation will be accepted as we strongly recommends to the customers against installing the Purifier by themselves. If Customer wants to install the Purifier in a rural/village area, then please register the Order ID on our Number +91 6391392222 (10 AM – 7 PM, Monday to Saturday). Warranty will not be void in this specific case.
Covered in Warranty

One year warranty cover against manufacturing defects and workmanship, except UV Lamp, six month warranty cover for SMPS, Motor and Electrical components.
Not Covered in Warranty

All consumable items like Sediment Filter, Carbon Filter, Membrane, Mineral Cartridge, FR and UF. Any External Accessories, Improper Installation by Customer, defects accruing because of abuse, faulty care or maintenance, repairs/alternative to goods or parts by others.
