Warranty Service Type

Customers need to call +91-8310459054 to register a complaint. Warranty obligation shall be limited to repairing or providing replacement for the part(s) which is/are found faulty.
Covered in Warranty

During the Warranty period of one year, PEORE Purifiers or its Authorised Service Provider (ASP) will replace or repair any part of PEORE Purifiers, that in the opinion of PEORE Purifiers or its ASP, would be defective in operation due to faulty material or workmanship (i.e. manufacturing defects) with the exception of consumables such as Sediment Filter, Carbon Filter and RO/NF Membrane. However, if the RO/NF Membrane gets clogged within first three months and/or if the filters get clogged within first three months, they shall be cleaned / repaired / replaced at no extra charge.
Not Covered in Warranty
