1 Year warranty against manufacturing defects from date of purchase. Consumables including the Sediment Filter, Carbon Filter, Ultra-filtration Membrane will not be covered under warranty. Under given condition: The TDS of Raw Water is Less than 500 PPM, Hardness of the Raw Water should be Less than 150 PPM.

Installation charge of Rs.450/- to Rs.700/- Visit Charge of Rs.300/- to Rs.500/- (per visit) & component extras as applicable. Customers need to courier the defective parts to the seller and the cost for this will be borne by the customer.
