Warranty validity is 2 years from the date of purchase on electromechanical parts and 1 year on PCBA and other electronic Components. 2) Ottomate international pvt ltd shall be liable to the maximum extent up to the price charged for the fan , and shall not be responsible for any indirect or consequential damage. 3) The defective fan will be repaired within the warranty period , subject to the warranty being registered with the company and Customer being in possession of the original purchase invoice. |

| Not Covered in Warranty | 1) Warranty shall not apply in case the damage to motor winding is due to power supply thru inverter/generator. 2) In the case of smart BLDC or Fan with PCBA , the regulator must be bypassed at the time of installation. Warranty will become void if any damage to the Fan and it's components , in case the regulator is not bypassed at the time of installation. 3) Warranty will not be applicable incase Fan is opened , attempted repair by any one except our service centers. 4) The warranty does not cover acessories , external to the product. 5) Surface coating , Body asthetic Parts , plastic Parts , rubber/nylon parts , cord wire , push buttons and other non functional components will not be covered under warranty unless they have any manufacturing defects. 6) Warranty is not applicable on Electroplated finish. |
