| Cooking Instructions | Mix 200g of Annapoorna Gulab Jamun Powder in 15-20ml of Water without forming Lumps. Do not Knead the Dough , allow it to stand for 5 Minutes. Make small round ball (40 nos) & deep fry in Oil/Ghee in Medium Flame until they are Golden Brown. Soak the Fried Jamuns in sugar syrup. Sugar Syrup: Add 400g of Sugar in 600ml of water & Boil for 5 minutes, After Boiling add cardamom 2g & Food Color(Yellow).Sugar syrup is ready. |
