FULL AUTOMATIC FUNCTIONS: This meticulously designed system energizes the pump when water levels in any of the 2 overhead tanks go below the programed/pre-fixed/preset point, but will switch-off the motor immediately when both the overhead tanks are fully filled up. It will also switch-off the pump motor when water finishes in the reservoir tank. This way the system, not only saves water, manpower & electric energy but also enhances the life of pump motor. OPTION FOR INSTANT PUMP MOTOR START: The system also has the option for starting the pump motor manually with one soft touch/press button, before the water level in any of the overhead tanks reaches the prefixed/programmed level for automatic switching-on. But, it will switch-off the said motor automatically when both the overhead water tanks fully fill up. This way the system helps in storing maximum quantity of water (in all the tanks) when there is limited period (timing) of fresh water supply available. For example: Fresh water supply is available for one hour & during this time, the water level in overhead tanks are not at prefixed level for switching-on the pump motor, and by the time, the water levels in the overhead tanks reach the switch-on prefixed level, the time of availability of fresh water runs out, resultantly, the storage (lower tank) gets emptied for pumping the said water to the overhead tanks. But the option for manually switching-on the pump motor at the time of availability of fresh water will help in filling the water to a great extent in all the tanks simultaneously (lower as well as overhead). However, this function will not activate pump motor in case there is a sufficient quantity of water available in overhead tanks. MAINTENANCE FREE SENSORS: The system, in strong shock-proof ABS cabinet, has maintenance free sensors which sense water levels in the tanks without passing any electric current into the water, thus, doing away with the hassles of maintenance due to absence of chemical reactions or corrosion/oxidations to these sensors. EASY TO INSTAL: The system is very easy to install as it has only one sensor in each tank. System can be connected with 2 overhead tanks in parallel position, and lower tank as per the colors shown in the connection diagram mentioned on page 5 of the operators manual. It is important to instal BALL FLOAT VALVES in both overhead tanks to control water supply from pump & ensure to set switch-off level of sensors below the stopping level of water by the ball float valves. IMPORTANT: This controller functions with variation in levels of water in tanks, hence, said functions of controller are subject to pumping of water by the pump motor.
