Our company is based in kaladhungi(nainital) a small town on foot hills of Himalyas The wheat is procured from neighbouring areas which has the most pristine water and soil. The wheat is then processed and cleaned in the traditional methods and then cold ground on our panchakki which is still standing and functional since 1863. The wheat is naturally stone ground on slow RPM and thus retaining its nutrients provided by nature.
