Himalayan Munsiyari Red Rajma grown organically in the Munsiyari valley of Uttarakhand. Hetha manages its own herd of indigenous cows and bulls (Gir, Sahiwal, Tharparkar cow breeds). Try the bilona Ghee made from the A2 milk of desi cows using the traditional bilona method i.e Milk –> Curd –> churn curd to make butter –> Ghee. Hetha manufactures its own ghee and this guarantees purity and quality. The average yield of a desi cow is ~ 3.5 litres.
