We undertake to repair this water heater free of charge for 2 years from the date of purchase against originally defective materials or workmanship, provided that the water heater is returned, freight paid, by the owner to our service center. However, the warranty does not cover damage/defect of any nature resulting from improper selection, installation, misuse, or repair effected by unauthorized persons.

Any parts of the system which are replaced/repaired. Accessories external to the original equipment. Damage(s) due to improper use, selection of accessories external to the original equipment. Corrosion of inner tubes, inlet/outlet pipes, valves, or any other parts, if the system is connected to hard water supply. Repairs due to scale formation if the system is connected to hard water supply. Cleaning of scale deposits inside the tubes if the system is connected to hard water supply. Damage(s) due to improper plumbing and gas line work. Damages due to usage of inputs beyond the specifications of the product.
