| Cooking Instructions | Mix 200g Annapoorna Gulab Jamun Powder in 15-20ml of Water Without forming Lumps. Do Not Knead the dough, allow it to stand for 5 minutes. Make Small Round Ball (40 nos) & deep fry in oil/ghee in medium flame until they are golden Brown. Soak the Fried Jamuns in Sugar Syrup. Sugar Syrup: Add 400g of Sugar in 600ml of Water & Boil for 5 minutes. After Boiling add cardamom 2g & food color (yellow). |
