Description
Aumfresh Peri Peri Seasoning is a hot spice seasoning with a dash of lemon that is great on French fries, chicken or fish. Excellent on for rice dishes such as paella or spice risotto. Sprinkle on, then grill, pan fry or BBQ on medium heat. Also good with fish, prawns, shellfish or chicken. Great blend of chilli, lemon and garlic. Brush onto skinless chicken breasts with oil and grill or barbecue, turning occasionally until cooked, toss through rocket, sliced oranges, red onions, sliced red capsicum and coriander. Use with fresh Thai herbs in a butter and white wine sauce.
