The Baratza Encore is our favourite entry-level burr grinder with adjustable settings that work great for drip/manual brewing but are also fine enough for espresso. Not only is this machine affordable and versatile, but these are 230V so you don’t need to use a converter! This is a step grinder with 40 individual grind settings, from fine to coarse. The Encore has an accurate medium to coarse grind for the increasingly popular manual brew methods such as pour-over, Aeropress, as well as for the standard drip coffee machines. The specially designed burrs also give a precise grind at the finest setting with minimal fines for a flavorful, balanced extraction when making espresso.
