Description
The following steps to follow for making green tea: a) Always use fresh water, low in chlorine and calcium salts. b) Use a heaped spoon of leaf per cup. (Since the leaf is very light, even a heaped spoon is just about 1.5gm). c) Pour boiling water over the leaf and infuse for 4-5 minutes. d) Gently stir before pouring into cups. e) Recommended plain; should be sipped slowly. Flavor is appreciated more if the tea is consumed at temperatures lower than piping hot. f) Same leaf can be brewed second time also.
