Tastree is a micro batch bean to bar chocolatier. We make minimally processed premium single origin dark chocolates from the finest cocoa beans from south India. Our dark chocolates with the magical flavor of pure cocoa, rich in antioxidants and flavanoids, good for physical and mental health. We do not add any preservatives, processing aids or flavors. Tastrees Dark chocolates are 70% dark and comes in six variants. Our chocolates have an intense cocoa flavor as it contains cocoa as the major ingredient. The 70% indicates the percentage of cocoa solids in the product. The bittersweet taste of this is really chocolaty and aromatic. We do not add emulsifiers for smoothness, as our chocolate itself has a smooth mouth feel. The raisins add a tickling sweetness to the bittersweet taste of dark chocolate. We use specially selected raisins which are free of chemicals.
