Prefilter is only required where the TDS level of water is above 2000 TDS and if required then you can purchase it separately from the company. sediment and Pre carbon is already built into the system for safety and filtration. Any other company/individual selling/duplicating any of our products will be charged for the illegal practice .They shall be penalized with financial charges and/or imprisonment as per Indian legal system. Important Notes: All accessories including 10 feet Pipe, fittings are either inside the water tank or on the top of the box. Membrane is pre-fitted inside the membrane housing. Leakage is not a manufacturing defect. The technician should be insert the pipe tightly into the connectors or use Teflon tap to tighten the connection during the installation.
