A fine sweet and fragrant tea. Longjing are often referred to as the cooling tea. Lung Ching Tea is also called Dragon’s Well or Longjing. With its subtle, chestnut flavor, Lung Ching is probably the most renowned green tea in the world. Its mellow, slightly sweet taste makes it very enjoyable, even for the green tea novice. Skillful hands or modern day presser machines press the leaves against the sides of the heat wok and turn them repeatedly until they obtain their characteristically flat shape. It has the fresh aroma and beautiful jade-green colour.
