Description
Use garlic pickled in salad dressings or as part of a pickle plate. They’re particularly good when drizzled with a bit of fruity oil. Fermented garlic has better nutrition than non-fermented and, except for the loss of Vitamin C, has better nutrition than raw garlic. Blanched raw garlic pickled has a loss of Vitamin C, but retains the rest of the nutritional value of raw garlic.
