1) All electrical & functional parts will have a 12 month warranty against the manufacturing defects from date of installation. 2) The consumables including the sediment filter, pre-carbon filter, ultra-filtration membrane & post-carbon will have a 6 month warranty. 3) RO Membrane will be covered for any malfunctioning under warranty for 12 months from the date of installation, under given condition : 1. The TDS of raw water is less than 1800 PPM. 2. Hardness of the raw water should be less than 300 PPM

1. Any Physical damages arising due to usage,post installation 2. If the product is repaired by unauthorized personnel 3. Modifications or any damages due to usage of non- compatible accessories or components 4. Plastics,cosmetic part exterior finish are not covered under warranty 5.
