Description
Small reddish white, highly citrus, carrying a strong but conspicuously different kind of flavor, pulpy and fibrous small berries growing on thorny bushes, is a peculiar summer fruit. It may be used for all kinds of preparations, salty & sugary. Karondas are cut into two pieces pickled in oil with some chosen spices. The fibrous but highly citrus fruit kicks off a tangy, hitting, rippling note on the tongue heading towards the jaws.
