Asthma Care Capsule: Take 1 Capsule, once a day before Lunch on an empty stomach. Body Balance Capsule: Take 1 Capsule once a day empty stomach before Lunch. Brahmi: 3 teaspoons (15 ml) of Herbal Daily Brahmi in 100 ml of water, 30 minutes before Dinner on an empty stomach, Daily. Do not eat or drink anything for 30 minutes. Positive results felt within 15-20 days of starting Herbal Daily. In chronic conditions, it takes anywhere between 30-40 days.
