Ingredients: It contains Bitter Guard (Karela), Turmeric (Haldi), Garlic, Ginger, Lemon, Honey and Apple Cider Vinegar with Mother. Herbal Daily Karela Dosage: For Sugar level below 200 : Once in a day 3 teaspoons (15ml) in 100 ml water on an empty before breakfast in Morning daily. Do not eat anything for 30 minutes. For Sugar level above 200 : Twice in a day, 2 teaspoons (10ml) in 100 ml water on an empty before breakfast and dinner daily. Do not eat anything for 30 minutes. Positive results within 15-20 days of starting Herbal Dail. In chronic conditions, it takes anywhere between 30-40 days. Though, you need to continue for a minimum of 6 months for complete relief. Expiry Date: 1 year from the date of manufacturing. Precautions: Do not use Herbal Daily Karela if you suffer from low sugar. Always use Herbal Daily with water. Water should be at room temperature, neither too hot nor too cold. Avoid drinking or eating anything for 30-45 minutes before & after taking Herbal Daily.
