Warranty Summary

1 Year warranty against manufacturing defects from date of installation for all Electrical and Functional Parts. Filters, RO membrane and Filter housing are not covered under Warranty. The TDS of Raw Water should be less than 2000 PPM, and Hardness of Raw Water should be less than 300 PPM.
Warranty Service Type

For service request kindly contact our customer service team on +91 8980018166 between 10am to 7pm Monday to Saturday. Installation charge of Rs.700/- will be levied. For product servicing a charge of Rs.350/- (per visit) will be levied, cost of components will be extra as applicable. Customers need to courier the defective parts to the seller and the cost for this will be borne by the customer.

Warranty covers against manufacturing defects from date of installation for all Electrical and Functional Parts.
Not Covered in Warranty

Consumables including the Sediment Filter, Pre-carbon Filter, Ultra-filtration Membrane and Post-carbon will not be covered under Warranty.
