For normal wear & tear, aging efect, peeling of or any other damage to the painted, plated, metallic or plastic parts. 3. For the damage resulting due to the fan being installed/operated in unusual environments or due to exposure of water from the ceiling or any other source. 4. For the damages to the oscillation mechanism resulting from manual or forced change in the direction of the fan motor. If serial number of the fan is tampered with. 5. Fan repair, service or replacement of the parts made by people other than V-Guard service engineers.6. If a failure is caused by certain unusual conditions such as Water Logging, Misuse, Transit Damage during purchase, abnormal voltage supply, lightning, flood, the act of God, or while in transit to or from the service centre.
