Warranty Summary
One Year comprehensive domestic warranty on All parts excluding the plastic body of the product and any other additional accessory purchased separately. Technician visit, if applicable, will be free for the customer.
Warranty Service Type
On-site Service. Customers need to call 1800 103 1300 / send a mail to waterpurifier@vguard.in and register a complaint. Warranty obligation shall be limited to repairing or providing replacement for the part(s) which is/ are found faulty. Technician Visit, if applicable, will be free for the customers in warranty period. (On-site Warranty is currently available PAN India).
Covered in Warranty
Warranty covers Filters and Electrical Parts. It also includes – Two Preventive Maintenance Services, No Charges for Technician Visits and One Free Re-Installation.
Not Covered in Warranty
The plastic body of the product, External Booster Pump, PRV (Pressure Reducing Valve) or any other additional accessory purchased separately. Un-installation of the product based on customer demand. Any transportation cost. Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, improper installation, repair, or maintenance. Improper repair includes the use of parts other than those approved or specifed by V-Guard.
